1. Using Hypermaps

By using Hypermaps, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. You must be legally able to accept these terms and be at least 13 years old.

2. What the service provides

Hypermaps organises place information around communities and needs. Entries may include links to posts, articles, maps and other third-party sources.

Places change. Information may be incomplete, outdated or wrong. Verify anything important —including safety, accessibility, opening hours, prices and availability—before relying on it.

3. Fair use

You may use the service for lawful personal or business research. You may not:

• break the law, harm others or infringe their rights;
• interfere with the service or bypass its security or access controls;
• send malware, spam or abusive automated traffic; or

The Hypermaps name, interface and original site content belong to Hypermaps or its licensors. Place data and linked material may belong to third parties and remain subject to their own terms and licences.

If you send us ideas, corrections or survey answers, you allow us to use them to operate, improve and promote Hypermaps. Do not submit confidential material, someone else’s personal information or content you do not have the right to share.
